Phoenix, AZ – Ace Parking has recently been selected as the Parking Management partner at the Collier Center and CityScape Commercial facilities in downtown Phoenix, as well as the iconic Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale.
Collier Center is a mixed-use, Class A building with almost 600,000 square feet of space housing offices, retail and restaurants. CityScape is an urban community, composed of four buildings, covering 1.2 million square feet and features office space, a hotel, residential apartments, retail and restaurants, and entertainment. Both facilities are professionally managed by Red Development and are located in the heart of downtown Phoenix. Ace will provide Parking Management services for both metropolitan locations.
The Phoenician Resort is part of the Starwood Hotel and Resort’s Luxury Collection. Located at the base of Scottsdale’s Camelback Mountain, the iconic resort features a golf course, spa, restaurants, and meeting and event space. Ace will be providing 24-hour Valet and Self- Parking Management services for the resort facility.
