Scott Hutchison, who spent most of his career in the Aviation Sector of the parking business, most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Operations of ABM’s Aviation Division. In this role, he oversaw landside contracts and operations for major airports, including John F. Kennedy International Airport, La Guardia International Airport, and Los Angeles International Airport. Under his leadership, annual revenues grew to over $250 million. Before this, as VP of Global Accounts for ABM, Scott drove substantial growth across all airport service lines, achieving organic growth ranging from $20 million to $60 million in his area of responsibility.

The outcome of this strategic partnership is to connect the two innovative platforms via an API bridge to support drivers seeking assistance in the lane. Anyone using the Parker platform, including Parker’s own customer service representatives, can answer intercom calls remotely through TIBA’s robust X-60 product line, with high-quality audio and video. Additionally, the API allows gate vends, validation or comping of parking tickets, rate management, assisting monthly contract parkers (coming soon) and maintaining detailed audits for each transaction.

COLUMBUS, OH  – TIBA Parking Systems, the North American Leader in parking and mobility technology, and part of the FAAC Group family of companies, announced today that it has appointed Christopher Archer, long time President of the recently acquired Dallas, Texas-based, Associated Time Instruments (ATI) to the position of VP, and Head of North American Sales.

In this role Mr. Archer will oversee all aspects of TIBA’s sales operations, including direct sales, national accounts, and TIBA’s Valued Added Reseller (VAR) network. Archer, a long-time VAR with ATI, brings over 32 years of experience with him, including 23 years at ATI. Leading Parking and Mobility Technology Company Strengthens Presence in the Southern U.S. with Acquisition of Longtime TIBA Reseller Partner
