Los Angeles, CA. – January 4, 2021 – ZipBy USA hired Heather Matthews as Business Development Manager.
Matthews brings with her more than 10 years of experience in technical services and parking operations management. She has worked with both government agencies and private industry. Matthews holds a B.A. from the New York Institute of Technology and is completing her M.P.A. from Liberty University.
In her role prior to joining ZipBy, Matthews led the implementation of pay by cell service for both the University and the City of Burlington while at the University of Vermont. Matthews also serves as the Vice President of the New England Parking Council (NEPC) and has held multiple roles as a parking industry board member with the NEPC and Women in Parking. Additionally, she has amassed professional certifications from organizations such as Cornell University, IPMI, Project Management Institute, and National Parking Association.
