Joyce Parking and ZipBy finalize an agreement to roll out ZipBy Contactless Parking at Joyce Parking locations throughout Washington, Virginia and Maryland.

 

 

Los Angeles, CA: ZipBy, a global leader in parking technology today announced a partnership with Joyce Parking to equip Joyce Parking off-street garages and on-street lots with ZipBy Contactless Parking technology.

For on-street parking, the ZipBy parking solution will allow drivers to book and pay for parking via their cellphones, eliminating the need to use cash or touch parking equipment.
Parkers can extend their parking session via the ZipBy app without having to return to the meter to top up. This saves the driver rushing back to the parking meter or risk a parking fine.

With ZipBy off-street, drivers simply enter the parking lot via the app. As they leave, ZipBy detects their exit and opens the barrier gate. No touching of cellphone or winding down of window is necessary. The parking fee is charged to their credit cards and a receipt emailed to them. No more waiting at the pay station to pay for parking.

This new partnership between ZipBy and Joyce Parking enforce both companies’ commitment to sustainability and the protection of our natural resources through reduction in paper use.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia — ZipBy, a global leader in parking technology today announced a partnership with EasyPark, Canada to launch a ticketless solution through the ZipBy mobile app to all EasyPark locations in the Greater Vancouver area.

The new app will allow drivers to book and pay for parking via their mobile devices eliminating the need to use cash or touch parking meters. Parkers can extend their parking session via the ZipBy app without having to return to the meter to top up. Hobart Airport in Tasmania Chooses ZipBy

 

 

ZipBy continues to grow its market share with Hobart Airport implementing ZipBy to deliver a seamless parking experience for its internal and contracted staff. This is the second car park in Tasmania to introduce the industry leading technology ZipBy, following Devonport Council introducing it in November 2020. It is great to see an airport be an early embracer of advanced technology aimed towards improving the end-user experience.

City Of Sydney recently implemented ZipBy in its Sydney CBD car parks, located at 9A Elizabeth Bay Rd, Elizabeth Bay NSW 2011 & 101 Goulburn St, Haymarket NSW 2000 to deliver a seamless parking experience for customers with industry-leading technology, ZipBy.

The ZipBy Ambassador intern program was specifically designed to give millennial College and University students the opportunity to gain insight into the latest technology in the world of mobility and autonomous parking.

 

 

ZipBy’s internship allows these students to engage directly with the end user by educating them on the benefits of frictionless and autonomous mobile App solutions. The interns set up customer engagement kiosks within the parking facilities to talk directly to parkers all while handing out informative fliers on this next generation of Autonomous parking and explaining the ease of downloading the free ZipBy App.

 

For the interns, who usually come from a marketing and business course curriculum, there is a tremendous benefit for them to see a very dynamic industry and to attract fresh new minds to the parking and mobility industry. On the other hand, the interns bring fresh new ideas to the parking industry from a millennial’s perspective. Everyone wins. The parker, general public and, of course, this offers wonderful career development opportunities for these exciting young minds!
